The Dioramist

If you’re looking for a relaxing, breezy read for the weekend, hop on over to Amazon and check out my debut novel The Dioramist. What started out as a fun little side project turned into the heartfelt, raw story of a man in his mid-twenties who struggles with the on again/off again love interest in his life, but that’s not all. He’s reached a precipice where the view ahead is cloudy and uncertain. Through a series of journal entries, pop culture references, photographs, and quirky sketches, The Dioramist paints a picture of the protagonist’s thought-heavy outlook of the world. There comes a time in all of our lives where we feel that sort of vulnerability, which is what I drew from to inject inside the character. There’s also some non-fictional tidbits about myself in there, so I’m curious to see if you can decipher what’s real from what’s literary. I had an absolute blast writing this and I hope you have an equivalent amount of fun reading it. Please be sure to let me know what you think of The Dioramist by leaving a review on Amazon and Goodreads afterwards! And by all means, if you’ve got a published work that you’d like to share, don’t hesitate to point me in the right direction.

Happy Friday writers and readers and fellow weekenders!
