Getting a Foothold

I awoke

In the

With no bearing,

No familiarity

Of anything whatsoever

And then

I realized

That I was home,

Sleeping for

The most part

Soundly next

To you.

      1. Thank you, Eric. I love to travel and post about them. There’s so much one fails to know about their own country before heading out west or elsewhere. This is just an attempt to make sure I am not one of them. ๐Ÿ™‚

      2. Youโ€™re welcome! I have never been to India, but ever since first watching The Darjeeling Limited (which I still obsess over) back in 2007, I have always wanted to go. Iโ€™m a very spiritual person and I feel like it would be an unforgettable experience that you canโ€™t find anywhere else. For now, Iโ€™ll live humbly through your amazing pictures and posts ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป and I agree, itโ€™s always best to know oneโ€™s home turf before expeditioning to the far reaches of the world ๐ŸŒŽ
