One of those instances where if you’ve seen the movie first, you still can’t skip the book. Both the film and the book bring their own brilliant aspects of the story to the table and are quite enjoyable in their own right.
Fight Club is the only book I’ve read of Chuck’s and while I’ve tried to get into a few others, they don’t seem to have the wholesome flair that this iconic one does. I will eventually read another of his, but the story and characterization here is so memorable that I don’t want to cleanse my pallet.
