Hibernation is a great form of sleeping. Your entire body agrees with the fact that you need a good night’s rest and all the working parts do what they need to in order to make it so.
“Make it so!”
I woke up this morning at 6, thinking it was 5 because I apparently rolled over and snoozed the alarm a few times without realizing it, and staggered to my feet with a couple of ground-quivering and wall-picture frame rattling yawns.
How do I use this?
What can I make of an impressive night’s sleep?
A vivacious cup of coffee brewed and spattered into our NYC skyline mug, then jolted me further into the realm of the inspired and motivated.
While driving to work, I talk-to-texted a new idea for my Pocket Diorama series and even made a few entries to get the process underway.
It’s nice to have a clear head in the morning, don’t you think?
