I’ve been slacking in the book binging department lately, which has left part of me feeling empty (as most bookworms can relate).
So I woke up this morning and decided to start compiling TBR stacks again, in order to keep me on the beautiful reading straight and narrow.
One book at a time.
No thin-spreading, greedy read five books at once craziness (which never works for me.)
Sometimes when life gets busy, there’s limited time for books. And honestly, it feels awful.
I’m a crime thriller addict, ever since reading Ian Fleming’s James Bond novels for the first time.
It’s a taut and fast-paced genre, often leading the reader to exotic and far off locales, and with regards to ones that were written years ago, they capture a time and place that no longer exists.
Cultures and societal civilizations that once moved to the beat of their own drum, but then time progressed onward with and eventually that drum was traded in for another instrument.
Anyway, what’s on everyone else’s reading lists this month?

Sounds like a fascinating book about the human condition! And I agree, 1 book is the way to go 👌🏻
